When sending the documents, all documents should be correctly labelled e.g. “Diploma Certificate_Upeksha Gamage” and if possible all documents in one E-Mail. An incorrectly labelled application will be automatically rejected. If you do not yet have the documents listed below (e.g. the language certificates or transcript), please mention this briefly.

- Certificate of Registration as a Nurse Sri Lanka Nursing Council / PHSRC

- Passport
- Transcript
- and A1, A2, B1 German language Certificates (Only send us these certificates if you have them). Briefly mention whether you are already learning German. If this is not the case, we can register you for a language course.
