About us
Our history
Demographic trends and medical advances have already led to an increase in demand for nursing staff in the nursing and care of the elderly in the past. This trend is set to continue. The number of people in need of care in Germany has been growing for years. In its care statistics for December 2021, the Federal Statistical Office reports a figure of just under 5.0 million people nationwide who receive care through care allowance benefits. Compared to the last survey date in 2019, this was 834,000 or 20 percent more people.
Our company NNS advises and develops strategies for sustainable recruitment for our clients in Germany. It is very important to us that our applicants are well integrated into the German culture, as this is the only way we can guarantee long-term cooperation and satisfaction.

Other applicable guidelines:
-
As early as 2006, the World Health Organisation (WHO) identified a critical shortage of health personnel (primarily doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals) in 57 countries and recommended that we should not actively recruit from these countries. We take this recommendation to heart and do not recruit from the countries mentioned above.
-
The United Nations General Assembly adopted the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" back in 1948, thereby making an explicit commitment to universally recognised human rights. We work according to the principle of the International Code of Human Rights.
-
The IRIS standard is a set of global principles that define ethical recruitment. It is based on international labour and human rights instruments and was developed through extensive multi-stakeholder consultation. The IRIS standard sets out what ethical recruitment means in practice and how recruiters can demonstrate compliance. We work according to the principles of the IRIS standard. Our companies support sustainability and train potential nursing candidates at our facilities in Sri Lanka.
